another successful event in 2025!

The Elizabeth L. Joksimovic Foundation put on another successful fundraiser in 2025. We honored the ultimate “90’s working girl” at the Five and Dime with 80’s and 90’s trivia and more.

It’s hard to believe that Beth has been gone for 19 years. We definitely felt her presence a few weeks ago when we held our second in person fundraiser in 6 years.

It was a beautiful afternoon on the rooftop of the Five and Dime and we cannot thank you enough for keeping her memory alive.

We had wonderful food, yummy drinks and games. The best part is the comradery with old and new friends and family, alike.

A night at the Improv

Thank you to all that attended our first in person event in 5 years! We took a long hiatus starting with COVID and we are thrilled to be back in action doing fundraisers for Beth’s Fund!

Bowling for beth

Beth loved to bowl! The Foundation’s Bowling for Beth fundraisers started all the way back in 2007 and continued until 2018. In 2019 it became Game Night at the Five & Dime.

In 2019, Bowling for Beth became Game Night at the Five & Dime. We had to take a COVID forced hiatus after that, but we are back in action with our most recent Night at the Improv!

Past event: 2007-2020. Beth’s Fund is very proud to sponsor the Author Series at the Highland Park Public Library. Beth was a self-taught reader by the age of three. The library was a favorite place to visit for Beth and her family, and we are so pleased to be able to continue Beth’s legacy in such a meaningful way.
